The friendliness around the pool area, also plenty to do.
My only fault with the hotel was that, the beds were too hard, only one pillow each, and no kettle in the room. I am sorry but I could not have stayed for longer than one night.

A fabulous location across from the palace made it easy to enjoy evening entertainment, and the friendly staff added to a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet offered a great selection, showcasing fresh ingredients, ensuring there was something for every taste. The dining experience was marred by the indifferent attitude of the dining room manager, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. The hotel's setting felt isolated, requiring a long walk to the nearest beach.

Popular hotel with pleasant staff on the reception desk and very good Wi-Fi. Brilliant and handy location to benidorm palace, good restaurants in the local area. Plus, 15 minutes drive from La Cruz de Benidorm. Bright room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet in the room. Not to mention particularly nice view.

Good place with a great bar, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, and Ana in the restaurant were really good. I can't wait to return for a city break!
